Orders & Bookings
- All orders must be submitted via the official booking form.
- An order is only confirmed once your booking has been accepted and the required deposit has been paid. The deposit must be paid within 72 hours
- Dates are not held without payment
Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellations made after booking may result in partial or full loss of payment depending on how close the order is to the due date.
- Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made within this period.
- Refunds will only be considered where the final product does not meet the confirmed order specifications (for example: incorrect flavour, incorrect size or a significant deviation from the agreed design brief).
- As custom cakes are hand crafted and subject to creative interpretation, variations from inspiration images, reference photos, website photos, colours, textures, and decorative elements do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Late design changes
- Dissatisfaction with the final product where it aligns with the agreed design and brief
- If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of collection/delivery so the matter can be assessed and resolved where appropriate.
- Where applicable, resolutions may include a partial refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion.
Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to collection/delivery
- Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your order.
Custom Design
- All cakes are custom designed based on your selected theme, inspiration, and details provided.
- While I will use your inspiration as a guide, exact replicas are not guaranteed.
- Some creative freedom is required to ensure the best final result
Design Changes
- Any major design changes (e.g. theme, colours, size, structure, or overall concept) require:
- A new booking form to be completed, and
- A minimum of 1 week’s notice prior to your collection date.
- Minor changes (e.g. small wording updates, slight colour tweaks) require at least 3 days’ notice.
- Changes requested outside of these timeframes may not be accepted and are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
While every effort is made to minimise cross-contamination, With Love Bakery operates in a kitchen that handles common allergens including, but not limited to, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy and nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of these ingredients.
Clients are responsible for notifying With Love Bakery of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to placing an order.
9. Photography
With Love Bakery reserves the right to photograph completed products and use these images for marketing, promotional material, social media and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested by the Client in writing prior to collection or delivery.
Collection & Responsibility
- Once the cake has been collected, responsibility is transferred to the customer.
- Care instructions will be provided and must be followed to maintain quality.
Final Product
- Due to the handmade nature of custom cakes, slight variations may occur.
- By placing an order, you agree to these terms and accept the artistic nature of the final product.
